I resonate with the above takeaways. Supervision provides a broader perspective and goes beyond the core competencies to offer us feedback, reflective dialogue and also the supervisor shares their wisdom. It is especially valuable when we have a co-coach and it adds to the complexity of managing team dynamics and multiple relationships. Supervision provides us an opportunity to discuss the inner chatter, our inner challenges and how to over them to be a better team coach.

A major difference from mentoring is that there is feedback and the supervisor shares their wisdom from team coaching. Both have reflective dialogues and opportunity for self-growth as a coach.
